What We Do
Our online, tutor-led, stress seminars normally run once or twice a month, with a maximum of 15 participants. Interaction is through telephone conference, and there is a chat facility.
This means you can remain completely anonymous (you don’t have to use your own name) yet enjoy the benefits of learning how others who have had similar difficulties have overcome them.
